FAQ
How much will I be making on a referral?
For each approved referral you will be getting a flat fee of AED 500.
When are referral payments processed?
We will process referrals on a weekly basis on Saturdays. Remember a referral commission needs to be approved for the payment to be processed, and this will only happen when the order gets delivered.
What payment methods do you have to pay-out commissions?
For the moment we are only processing commission payments through bank transfer, we are exploring the possibility of adding new methods in the future.
Is there any cap to the number of referrals I can make?
No, there’s no limit to the number of referrals or the amount of commissions you can make over a given period. 1 New Customer = AED 500, simple as that.

How can I retrieve my referral link?
You can find your referral link on your dashboard by logging into our Affiliate Portal.
You can find the link to log in on the confirmation email we sent you when you joined the program.

How can I retrieve my discount code?
You can find your referral link on your dashboard by logging into the Affiliate Portal.

How can customers use the discount code?
Customers can simply add the discount code to their basket during checkout and an AED 250 discount will be automatically applied on their checkout payment, which corresponds to the first installment of their subscription. This discount cannot be combined with any other ones and can only be used once by the customer.
Do customers need to use the discount code to get a referral?
No, it is enough that they use your referral link to access the website. It is, however, recommended to share the discount code with customers. Not only they will be happy to get an exclusive discount, but also the tracking of the referral will be more reliable in case they have rejected cookies.
How do I know if one of my referrals has made an order?
Whenever an order is placed using your referral or discount code, you will receive an email informing you of it. You will receive another one once our team has confirmed the validity of the referral.
How many times can I get a referral fee from a customer?
Referral commissions will only be applicable for a customer’s first order, any other subsequent orders will not be eligible for a referral commission.
When are referrals approved?
Referrals will be approved the moment the order gets delivered to the customer. Our promise to customers is to deliver within seven days, unless requested otherwise.
Why would a referral not be approved?
There are only two reasons why a referral might be rejected:
The customer decides to reject all the items before or at the time of delivery, hence the order is considered as cancelled.
The delivery cannot be completed. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as an unresponsive customer, missing details, etc. In this case the order would also be cancelled.
Can I share the materials you provided me with with my customers?
Yes, except for the presentation of the affiliate program itself, all the materials we provide are meant to help you educate customers and turn them into a sale, so you can certainly share them with them.
